How To Cook?

Soak the urad dal in water for 6 hours or overnight.

Drain the soaked urad dal and transfer it to a blender. blend it into a coarse paste.

Heat oil in a frying pan.

In a bowl, combine the blended urad dal paste with hing, pepper powder, curry leaves, cumin seeds, and salt. mix well to incorporate all the ingredients and beat the mixture well.

Add the chopped onions to the mixture and mix thoroughly.
