To prepare andhra style multi lentil vada, coarsely dry grind the chana dal, yellow moong split, and urad dal.

Add rice flour to the ground lentils and mix everything thoroughly.

In a grinder, blend green chillies and ginger to a paste and add it to the lentil mixture.

Add chopped curry leaves, coriander leaves, and whole wheat flour to the batter and mix well.

Adjust water as needed to make a thick vada batter that has a dough-like consistency.
