How To Cook?

1

To prepare the andhra style ragi mudda, first, wash the finger millet (ragi) thoroughly and soak it in 2 cups of water for 15-20 minutes.

2

After soaking, drain the excess water from the ragi.

3

In a blender, grind the soaked ragi with a little water to form a smooth paste.

4

In a deep pan, bring the remaining 2 cups of water to a boil.

5

Add the ground ragi paste into the boiling water and continuously stir to avoid lumps.
