How To Cook?

In a pressure cooker, heat 1 teaspoon of ghee, and add dried cinnamon, cloves, and red chillies. saut„© briefly to release their aroma.

Add chopped onions, garlic, and ginger. cook until the onions turn translucent and lightly browned.

Toss in chopped tomatoes and green chilli. stir and cook until the tomatoes soften and become mushy.

Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and garam masala. mix well with the saut„©ed ingredients.
