How To Cook?

1

In a bowl, combine finely chopped or grated carrots, cabbage, green capsicum, and spring onions.

2

Add all-purpose flour, corn flour, black pepper, and salt to the bowl. mix well and press the mixture to release the juices from the veggies.

3

Take a small portion of the mixture and shape it into a round veggie ball. repeat with the remaining mixture.

4

Heat oil in a pan for deep frying. test the oil by dropping a small piece of the mixture into it. if it rises steadily, the oil is ready for frying. if it breaks, add 2 to 3 teaspoons of all-purpose flour to bind the mixture.

5

Gently place the veggie balls into the hot oil and fry until crisp and golden. remove them with a slotted spoon and drain excess oil on paper towels.
