How To Cook?

1

Heat vegetable oil in a heavy-bottomed pan or pot over medium heat until hot.

2

Add finely chopped garlic cloves and saute until they turn golden and aromatic. then, add the chopped tomatoes and cook for three to four minutes until they become soft and mushy. next, add cumin powder, garam masala, and black pepper powder.

3

Add the sliced radish and chopped spinach to the pan and saute for two minutes. pour in four cups of water and bring it to a boil. once it starts boiling, reduce the heat to low and let it simmer.

4

In a separate bowl, mix all-purpose flour with an egg and half a cup of water. knead the mixture until you have a smooth dough. roll out the dough like a roti and cut it into irregular bite-sized strips.

5

Gradually add these dough strips into the simmering broth, tearing them as you go. continue cooking for another 10 minutes.
