Begin by boiling the raw soya chaap. once boiled, cut it into pieces and deep fry until golden brown. set aside.

Heat oil in a pan and add ginger-garlic paste along with crushed red chillies. stir well.

Add chopped onion and green capsicum to the pan. stir-fry until they are slightly tender.

In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, red chilli sauce, schezwan sauce, and vinegar. add this mixture to the pan and stir well.

Now, add the fried chaap pieces to the pan and mix until they are coated with the sauce.
