How To Cook?

Cut the chapatis (rotis) into thin strips.

In a large pan, heat oil and add minced garlic, spring onion, and chopped onion. saute until the onions turn transparent.

Add the carrot, cabbage, and green capsicum to the pan. saute for a minute.

Cover and cook for a minute. then, uncover and add soy sauce, red chilli sauce, and green chilli sauce. saute on high flame for a minute.

Add the chapati strips and mix well. finally, sprinkle crushed pepper and toss in the green part of the spring onion. switch off the heat.
