How To Cook?

Take the cooked potatoes and break them into small, bite-sized pieces.

Heat oil in a non-stick pan or kadai over medium heat. add the ginger and saute for about a minute until fragrant.

Add the curry leaves and turmeric powder to the pan. mix well to combine.

Add the potato pieces to the pan and toss them well in the ginger and turmeric mixture. season with salt and continue tossing.

Cook the potatoes on low heat until they turn golden brown and are roasted well.
