To prepare sweet & spicy drumsticks in coconut water, start by cleaning the drumsticks and peeling off the outer skin. cut them into one-inch length pieces.

In a pan, lightly roast the green chillies, fresh coriander leaves, ginger, cloves, and fresh coconut kernel. once done, let it cool down, and then grind it into a smooth paste.

Heat ghee in a kadai and saute the drumstick pieces for a few minutes until they become soft.

Add the ground spice paste to the saute drumsticks.

Pour in the tender coconut water and let it simmer for about 20 minutes until the flavors blend well and the drumsticks are cooked.
