How To Cook?

To prepare the veggie-packed egg breakfast muffins, preheat the oven to 200 degrees celsius.

In a wok or kadai, heat 1/2 tablespoon of sunflower oil.

Add red and green bell peppers, spring onions, spinach, and saute for about 2 minutes. turn off the flame and allow the vegetables to cool down.

In a separate bowl, crack all the whole eggs and beat them thoroughly.

Add finely chopped green chillies, black pepper powder, chaat masala, and salt to taste to the beaten eggs.
