Prepare two different stuffings for the dumplings - one using banana and the other using apple.

For the apple stuffing, mix grated apple with cinnamon, fresh mint leaves, and jaggery.

For the banana stuffing, mix chopped banana with walnuts, cardamom powder, fresh mint leaves, and 1/2 tablespoon of honey.

Heat an appa kadai or paniyaram pan (a special pan used to shape the dumplings).

In different sections of the pan, add a teaspoon of the banana filling and another teaspoon of the apple filling. top each section with a spoonful of dosa batter.
