Begin by preparing the multigrain dosa batter. soak bajra, idli rice, urad dal, and fenugreek seeds separately in enough water for 6 hours.

Grind soaked urad dal and fenugreek seeds to a smooth paste using minimal water.

Grind soaked bajra and idli rice into a smooth batter separately and combine with the urad dal batter. add salt and allow it to ferment overnight.

Once fermented, mix in finely chopped onions, grated carrots, grated beetroot, and britannia cheese cubes into one cup of the batter.
