In a large mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, rice flour, green moong sprouts, sliced onions, chopped coriander leaves, finely chopped green chilies, grated ginger, coriander powder, garam masala, lemon juice, salt, and red chili powder.

Gradually add water, a little at a time, and mix well to make a thick batter. ensure there are no lumps.

Heat oil in a deep kadai or frying pan for deep frying.
