How To Cook?

To prepare cabbage and onion paniyaram, start by finely grinding the soaked urad dal with a pinch of salt. use as little water as possible to create a thick, smooth vada batter.

Add the finely chopped cabbage, onions, grated ginger, green chillies, and fresh coriander leaves to the ground urad dal batter. mix well to combine all the ingredients.

Taste the batter and adjust salt and spice levels to suit your taste.

Heat a kuzhi paniyaram pan and add a drop of oil into each cavity. once the pan is well heated, scoop the vada batter using a scoop spoon and fill each cavity.

Cover the pan and allow the paniyaram to steam for a few minutes.
