How To Cook?

Rinse and soak the chickpeas (chole) for at least 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Drain the chickpeas and keep them aside.

Heat ghee in a pressure cooker. add cumin seeds and let them crackle.

Add the ginger and green chilies and saute for 10-15 seconds.
