How To Cook?

In a bowl, mix rice flour, sugar, salt, and turmeric powder. gradually add coconut milk and water to make a smooth batter. set the batter aside for 30 minutes to rest.

In a separate bowl, marinate the shrimp with salt, black pepper powder, and lemon juice. heat olive oil in a pan and saute the shrimp until cooked. keep aside.

In the same pan, add more olive oil and cook the chicken breast pieces with ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, garam masala, and salt until tender and fully cooked. set aside.

In a non-stick pan, drizzle some sunflower oil and pour a ladle of the rice batter to make a pancake (banh xeo). cook until the edges turn crispy and golden.

Place a portion of the cooked shrimp and chicken on one half of the pancake and fold it in half to form a semi-circle.
