How To Cook?

Start by cutting the raw mango into two pieces. remove the top part with the stalk and extract the seed. slice the mango and chop it into cubes.

In a small pressure cooker, add the toor dal, moong dal, chopped mango, red chilli powder, chopped green chilli, turmeric, jaggery, and salt.

Pressure cook the mixture for 3 whistles with 2 cups of water.

Once the pressure naturally releases, open the cooker and gently mix the contents.

Heat a pan with ghee or oil. splutter mustard seeds, then add cumin seeds, asafoetida, and crushed garlic. let the spices turn fragrant.
