How To Cook?

1

To prepare banjara lentil delight (dal banjara), start by washing the lentils thoroughly and adding them to a pressure cooker.

2

Add 2-1/2 cups of water to the lentils and cook until 2 to 3 whistles come.

3

Once the pressure builds up, reduce the heat and let the lentils cook for 10 more minutes.

4

Turn off the heat and allow the pressure to release naturally.

5

After the pressure is released, transfer the cooked lentils to a serving bowl.
