In a bowl, combine 1 cup of rice flour with 1 tablespoon each of green gram, black gram, and bengal gram.

Wash the lentils and boil them in a pressure cooker for 4-5 whistles.

Mash the boiled lentils and set them aside.

To the rice flour, add 1 teaspoon of chilli powder, 1 teaspoon of salt, a pinch of asafoetida, 2 tablespoons of grated coconut, and 1 1/2 tablespoons of melted clarified butter (ghee). mix well.

Add the mashed lentil mixture to the flour mixture and mix thoroughly.
