To prepare the colorful vegetable lo mein, cook the wheat noodles in a saucepan of boiling water according to the packet instructions. drain the noodles, rinse them twice, and rub 1 teaspoon of oil all over to prevent sticking. set them aside.

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, red chilli sauce, demerara sugar, and sriracha. keep this sauce mixture aside.

Heat 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil in a wok or large pan over medium-high heat.

Add minced garlic and white onions to the hot oil and saute for about a minute until they become fragrant.

Now, add the colorful assortment of vegetables, including red, green, and yellow capsicums, carrot, and broccoli. cook and stir frequently until the vegetables become tender, which should take about 3-4 minutes.
