How To Cook?

1

To prepare the homemade maharashtrian goda masala powder, heat a large pan/wok/kadai over medium heat.

2

Once the kadai is moderately hot, roast the "to be roasted dry" ingredients separately until they become fragrant and lightly browned. be careful not to burn them, maintaining a consistent and moderate heat.

3

Remove each ingredient after roasting and let them cool in separate containers or wide plates.

4

Next, roast the "to be roasted in a little oil" ingredients one by one in the warm kadai, using very little oil.

5

Take them out and allow them to cool.
