How To Cook?

To begin making maharashtrian amti, rinse the dal thoroughly under water.

Turn off the heat and let the pressure release gradually on its own.

Once the pressure is fully released, uncover the cooker and mash the dal with the back of a ladle to create a uniform, well-cooked texture.
