How To Cook?

Wash and clean the spinach leaves and coriander leaves, then roughly chop them to make blending easier.

In a blender, make a fine paste by blending the chopped spinach, coriander leaves, and green chillies. set the paste aside.

In a small bowl, mix 3 tablespoons of corn flour with 1/4 cup of water and set it aside.

Heat 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil in a heavy-bottomed pan. add finely chopped garlic and ginger and saute for a few seconds.

Stir in the spinach-coriander paste and fry on medium-high heat for 1 minute.
