How To Cook?

Start by washing and chopping the fenugreek leaves (methi) and keep them aside.

In a mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour (besan), red chilli powder, turmeric, garam masala, salt, grated ginger, and crushed garlic.

Gradually add water to the mixture and knead it into a stiff dough.

Once the dough comes together, add a teaspoon of oil and knead it again to incorporate the oil.

Next, divide the dough into small portions and roll them into small pebble-sized balls (muthias). apply a little oil to your palms to prevent sticking.
