How To Cook?

Start by grinding the oats into a fine powder using a mixer grinder. set it aside.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the powdered oats, pearl millet flour, besan flour, semolina, yogurt, fenugreek leaves, green chilies, ginger, turmeric powder, and salt.

Add a small amount of water to bring the mixture together, forming a firm dough. be careful not to over-knead the dough.

Once the dough is ready, divide it into three equal parts. shape each part into long cylindrical rolls resembling hot dogs. set them aside.

Preheat a steamer over high heat. place the muthia rolls on the steamer plate, cover, and steam for 15 minutes.
