In a mixing bowl, combine the mountain goat meat with salt, finely chopped onion, garam masala, turmeric powder, minced garlic, red chilli powder, tomato puree, yogurt, and ginger paste. mix well to coat the meat with the marinade. let it marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.

Heat cooking oil in a skillet or heavy-bottomed pan over medium heat. add the marinated mountain goat meat along with the marinade. saute for a few minutes until the meat is lightly browned.

Reduce the heat to low and cover the pan. allow the meat to cook slowly for approximately 1 to 1.5 hours, or until it becomes tender. stir occasionally to prevent sticking and ensure even cooking.

Once the meat is tender and cooked through, check the seasoning and adjust salt and spices according to your taste.

Garnish the spicy mountain goat curry with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
