In a dry grinder, crush the black peppercorns to a coarse texture. set it aside.

In a mixing bowl, combine the rice flour and urad dal flour.

Add the crushed black peppercorns, white sesame seeds, and a pinch of asafoetida to the bowl. mix the dry ingredients well.

Melt the unsalted butter and add it to the dry ingredients. mix everything thoroughly.

Gradually add water and knead the mixture into a smooth and stiff dough.
