To prepare the spicy prawn ghee roast, soak the kashmiri red chilies in warm water for 1 hour. drain the water and set aside the chilies.

Clean the prawns, wash them, and pat them dry.

Soak the tamarind in 1/4 cup of warm water for 10 minutes.

Squeeze the tamarind to extract the pulp.

Heat a small frying pan and roast the black pepper, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, coriander seeds, and fennel seeds until fragrant. remove from heat and let them cool. grind the roasted spices into a fine powder.
