How To Cook?

Heat oil in a kadai or pan. add tomatoes and salt, and mix well. cook for about 3 minutes until the tomatoes become mushy.

Transfer the cooked tomatoes to a blender along with fresh coconut. blend them together to make a smooth puree.

Add this tomato-coconut puree to the dosa batter. also, add chilli powder and curry leaves. mix well to combine all the ingredients.

Heat a tawa or griddle and spread the dosa batter evenly on it to make a thin dosa.

Drizzle some oil around the edges of the dosa and let it cook for about a minute on one side. then, flip it over and cook the other side.
