How To Cook?

To prepare veggie delight dosa, preheat a dosa tawa (griddle) over medium heat.

Pour a ladleful of the dosa batter onto the tawa and spread it in concentric circles to form a thin 6 to 8-inch dosa.

Drizzle a bit of ghee around the inside and outside edges of the dosa.

Cook the dosa on medium heat until it turns golden brown, then flip it and cook the other side for a few seconds.

Flip it back again.
