To prepare the cheese & veggie pesarattu delight, start by soaking the green moong dal and raw brown rice separately in enough water for about 6-7 hours or overnight. soak the fenugreek seeds along with the raw rice.

Dry grind the oats to a powder and keep it aside.

Grind the soaked green moong dal, green chilies, and ginger to a fine paste, adding enough water.

Grind the soaked raw rice and fenugreek seeds in the same manner.

Mix the ground oats powder with both the batters and add salt to taste. adjust the consistency to that of dosa batter.
