How To Cook?

In a pan, heat half a tablespoon of olive oil and saute the garlic.

Add all the chopped veggies (corn kernels, yellow capsicum, zucchini, carrot, onion, red capsicum, and green capsicum) to the pan and saute for a minute.

In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. add all-purpose flour and saute until it forms a smooth paste.

Slowly pour milk into the saucepan, whisking continuously until the mixture thickens and becomes smooth.
