In a bowl, combine paneer, cheese, dried oregano, red chili flakes, fresh parsley, and salt. mix well to incorporate all the ingredients. divide the mixture into small balls.

Take 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour in a bowl. gradually add water and mix to create a thick batter.

Take another bowl with 1/2 cup of flour. take each paneer ball, roll it in flour, then dip it into the batter, and coat it in breadcrumbs.

Place the coated balls in the refrigerator and let them chill for 30 minutes.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan or deep fryer. carefully add the chilled paneer cheese balls and fry them until they turn golden brown.
