In a pan, combine water and butter. bring it to a boil and then reduce the flame. add all-purpose flour and mix well. turn off the flame.

Add eggs to the mixture and mix until well combined. stir in cheese, parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, chopped bell pepper, finely chopped onions, thyme, and salt. mix everything together until a thick batter is formed.

Heat oil in a deep frying pan or pot to 170ÔøΩc (340ÔøΩf).

Using a spoon, drop small portions of the batter into the hot oil. deep fry the balls until they turn golden brown in color.

Remove the fried cheesy vegetable balls from the oil and drain them on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
