How To Cook?

Heat coconut oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add cumin seeds and let them splutter. then add the grated ginger, chopped onions, and curry leaves. saute until the onions turn translucent.

Add the chopped vegetables (carrot, brinjal, potato, yam, and french beans) to the pan. stir well to combine with the onion mixture.

Sprinkle turmeric powder and salt over the vegetables. mix well.

Cover the pan and cook the vegetables on low heat until they are almost tender, stirring occasionally.
