How To Cook?

To begin making coconut and cardamom lapsi kheer, heat a pan on medium heat and add the wheat dalia to it.

Dry roast the dalia until it turns golden brown and aromatic. remove it from the pan and keep it aside.

In the same pan, heat the virgin coconut oil. add the cardamom pods, cashew nuts, and almonds. saute them until the nuts turn light brown.

Add the poppy seeds and fresh coconut to the pan. continue to saut„© until the coconut turns slightly golden.

Remove the mixture from the pan and allow it to cool. once cooled, grind it to a coarse powder using a mixer or a food processor.
