How To Cook?

1

To make the mango kadhi, whisk together mango puree, curd, besan flour, turmeric powder, and water in a medium bowl until you get a smooth paste without any lumps.

2

Pour the mixture into a saucepan and add salt. continuously whisk the kadhi over medium heat until it starts to thicken. this will prevent any lump formation.

3

Once the kadhi reaches a rolling boil, reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 10 minutes to allow all the flavors to blend together.

4

In a tadka pan, heat ghee over medium heat. add cumin seeds, red chillies, and curry leaves. let the cumin seeds crackle.

5

Now, add chopped ginger, red chilli powder, and asafoetida to the tadka. saute for a few seconds until the spices release their aroma.
