How To Cook?

To prepare sindhi kadhi, start by washing the arhar dal and soaking it for half an hour.

Drain the soaked dal and transfer it to a pressure cooker. add enough water to cook the dal.

Add chopped tomatoes to the dal in the cooker and close the lid. cook until you hear three whistles, then turn off the heat.

Once the pressure cooker cools down, open it and mash the cooked dal and tomatoes together.

In a separate pan, heat oil and add the ladies' finger. cook the ladies' finger until it becomes crispy. remove the crispy ladies' finger from the pan and set it aside.
