How To Cook?

1

Preheat the oven to 425ÔøΩf (220ÔøΩc).

2

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, salt, and orange zest. alternatively, you can blend these ingredients in a blender until you have a smooth, runny batter.

3

Place 1 teaspoon of butter in small individual pans or 2 teaspoons in a larger pan. put the pans in the preheated oven and allow the butter to melt. this should take less than 2 minutes, so keep an eye on it.

4

Once the butter has melted, carefully remove the pans from the oven and pour the pancake batter into each pan, distributing it equally. return the pans to the oven and bake for approximately 20 minutes, or until the pancakes have puffed up and turned golden.

5

Serve the dutch baby pancakes warm. top them with fresh fruits of your choice, dust with powdered sugar, and drizzle with maple syrup.
