To begin making the spicy chicken crepe stack, heat coconut oil in a saucepan over medium heat. add curry leaves and allow them to splutter.

Add minced ginger and garlic, and saute for a few seconds. then, add sliced onions and fry until they turn translucent.

Now, add the minced chicken along with turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, black pepper powder, and salt. toss the chicken and spices together. adjust the seasoning according to your taste and saute until the chicken is cooked.

Keep the chicken mixture aside.

To make the crepe batter, mix wheat flour, all-purpose flour, and a pinch of salt in a mixing bowl. gradually add water and mix to form a batter with a similar consistency to that of pancake batter.
