To prepare the coconut-stuffed rice crepe (patishapta) batter, in a large bowl, mix the wheat flour, semolina, rice flour, and cardamom powder.

Gradually add milk to the dry ingredients while stirring to create a smooth and fine batter. ensure there are no lumps and the batter has a flowing consistency.

Allow the batter to rest for about 10 minutes.

In the meantime, in a wok, heat the jaggery on low flame to avoid burning. add the grated coconut and cardamom powder, mixing thoroughly until it turns sticky.

Add finely chopped cashews and a few raisins, and mix well. turn off the heat and allow the mixture to cool to room temperature.
