Preheat the oven to 200ÔøΩc (400ÔøΩf) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Rinse the chickpeas (kabuli chana) thoroughly and drain them well.

In a mixing bowl, combine the chickpeas, mixed spice, garam masala, red chilli flakes, dried oregano, garlic paste, and salt. mix well to coat the chickpeas evenly with the spices.

Drizzle the extra virgin olive oil over the spiced chickpeas and toss to ensure they are well coated.

Spread the chickpeas in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
