To prepare the spicy sprout and veggie sandwich, start by adding the sprouts and 1 cup of water to a pressure cooker. pressure cook for 1 whistle and let the pressure release naturally.

In a kadai, heat sunflower oil and saute the onion until it turns pinkish.

Add the chopped tomato and fry until it becomes soft and mushy.

Now, add minced garlic and saute until the raw smell of garlic disappears. this will take around 2 to 3 minutes.

Open the pressure cooker and add the boiled sprouts to the kadai. mix them well.
