How To Cook?

1

Cook the quinoa by adding it to a pot with one cup of water. bring it to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 15 minutes until the quinoa is cooked and the water is absorbed. drain any excess water and set aside.

2

In a bowl, add the black beans and coarsely mash them using a potato masher. add the cooked quinoa, white sesame seeds, oat flour, tomato paste, garlic powder, mixed herbs, salt, and pepper to the bowl. mix well until all the ingredients are combined and form a moldable dough. use your hands to shape the mixture into balls, about 2 tablespoons each, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

3

Preheat the oven to 200ÔøΩc (400ÔøΩf).

4

Bake the black bean quinoa balls in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until they turn crispy and golden brown.

5

Alternatively, you can grill the quinoa balls for a charred and smoky flavor.
