How To Cook?

Rinse and soak the rice and yellow moong split for 20 minutes.

In a blender, make a paste of mint leaves, ginger, green chili, and coriander leaves. set aside.

Heat oil in a pressure cooker. add cumin seeds and let them crackle.

Drain the soaked rice and moong split, and add them to the pressure cooker. saute for a few minutes.

Add the mint coriander paste and saute for another minute.
