How To Cook?

Rinse the rice and soak it in water for at least half an hour.

In a pan, heat oil and add cumin seeds. saute the onions, green chilli, and ginger-garlic paste.

Add the tomatoes, salt, turmeric, coriander powder, and garam masala. cook until the tomatoes are soft.

Peel and chop the beetroot and potatoes into small cubes. add them to the pan along with the soaked rice.

Pour in the required amount of water and bring it to a boil. reduce the heat, cover the pan, and let it cook until the rice and vegetables are tender.
