How To Cook?

Rinse the whole moong beans and soak them in water for 15-20 minutes. drain and set aside.

Finely chop the tomatoes, grate the ginger, and gather all the spices and other ingredients.

Heat ghee in a pot or pan.

Once the ghee is hot, temper it with cumin seeds, red chili (optional), turmeric, and coriander powder.

Add the chopped tomatoes, grated ginger, and green chili to the pot. saute for about 5 minutes until the tomatoes soften.
