How To Cook?


In a mixing bowl, combine fish slices, ginger garlic paste, lime juice, salt to taste, kasuri methi, and mustard oil. mix well and let it marinate for 10 minutes.


To the same bowl, add red chilli powder, carom seeds, rice flour, gram flour, and curd. mix everything thoroughly and set it aside.


Heat oil in a deep kadai or pan for deep-frying.


Carefully place the marinated fish pieces in the hot oil and fry them until they are cooked and golden brown.


Once the fish is nicely done, remove it from the oil and drain any excess oil on a kitchen towel.
