How To Cook?

Clean the seer fish slices and marinate them with turmeric powder and salt. keep aside for 10-15 minutes.

In a blender, add grated coconut, garlic cloves, ginger, coriander leaves, tomato, cinnamon stick, cloves, and tamarind pulp. blend into a smooth paste by adding a little water if required.

Heat coconut oil in a deep pan or kadai over medium heat. add curry leaves and sliced onions. saute until the onions turn golden brown.

Add the blended coconut-spice paste to the pan and saute for a few minutes until the raw smell of the masala disappears.

Add homemade sambar powder and mix well. cook for another 2 minutes.
